Cleetus was voted "Industry Professional Doing the Most for Craft Beer" in 2011 by ChiTown On Tap
Cleetus' Slackjawed Dunkel: A honey dunkel weiss, brewed with 30 pounds of raw honey from the City Provisions bee hive, and a touch of smoked malt. A collaboration with Finch's Beer Company in Chicago, Illinois. 5.8% ABV
Terminator X: voted "2011 Best Chef/Brewer Collaboration" by ChiTown on Tap. An American strong ale brewed with black strap molasses. A collaboration with Greenbush Brewing Company in Sawyer, Michigan. 8.8% ABV ALSO AVAILABLE IN BOTTLES!
Loud Mouth Soup, a blood orange white beer brewed with toasted corriander, fennel, and tellicherry peppercorns. a collaboration with Greenbush Brewing Co. in Sawyer, Michigan. 5.1% ALSO AVAILABLE IN BOTTLES!
Marsha Mallow's Malted Milk Stout: a milk stout brewed with malted milk, lactose, and chocolate malts. A collaboration with New Holland Brewing Company in Holland, Michigan. 8% ABV
Testudo, a bier de mars brewed with emporor hoji's genmaicha, lemongrass & brettanomyces. a collaboration with Two Brothers Brewing Company in Warrenville, Illinois. 4.5% ABV
