The goal of our Supper Clubs are to enlighten, educate, and
entertain our guests. From our process to connecting
our Clients with the origin of our food sources,
the City Provisions Supper Club is a monthly event
focusing on seasonality, celebrating the fruits
of the season.

When you meet Eric Rose of River Valley Ranch,
you are meeting more than a farmer. He is a chef,
creative force, and true Entrepreneur. He has
taken a farm that produces wonderful mushrooms
and grown into a retail shop of salsas, pickled
items and more, not to mention a wholesaler and
fixture at many local markets.
This month, join us for a very unique farm dinner
experience as we learn the inner workings of River
Valley's mushroom farm. In addition to their mushrooms,
Eric should have some produce coming in on his
multi-layered farm. After spending a day with
Eric, I was so excited to feature his mushrooms
(and more) on our menu, but looked forward to
the day we did a Farm Dinner at River Valley.
Joining us will be Gabriel Magliaro of Half Acre
Brewing Company, not just a local brewery, but
in our neighborhood. To visit Gabriel on his home
turf is something to marvel in. At one point he
is whipping around a forklift moving palettes
of kegs, the next minute a bit more sedate, sharing
a beer fresh out of the tanks, talking about his
past, his present, and (more exciting) his future.
I always say that you can taste passion. At Half
Acre, you can taste the smiles that come from
the entire process that creates their wonderful
beers.
The City Provisions Farm Dinner is more than food
and drink. What begins as a group of strangers
gathered at our space, turns into a group of colleagues
hanging out by a bonfire. So share what will "transcend
any food experience you have ever had" and
create your own story.
