Our first phone call consists of attaining all of your information, getting comfortable, and making sure the relationship is a right-fit. Your event and a great relationship are our key ingredients.

We will always follow-up after your event. What worked well for you that you would like to see us repeating? What can we be doing better? We are only as successful as each event and our success is based on your satisfaction.

Once you have placed your initial order, you are considered part of our community. We are aware that there are other caterers in the city, but we want to stay fresh in your mind. We like to stay in touch with our Clients via newsletters, phone calls and visits.
